Director Bruce Hutton founded Almond Glassworks in 1994.
Bruce completed a Fine Arts Degree (Chisholm Institute of Technology) majoring in stained glass in 1988, then going on to work in the industry both in Australia, England and South Africa. He completed a Postgraduate (Monash University) in 1996, focusing on the conservation and restoration techniques of stained glass.

Associate Phillip Davis joined Almond Glassworks in 1998. Phil has worked at the highest level of the leadlight industry for over 25 years, being involved in many of Melbourne's most important heritage installations, such as Mandeville Hall, Medley Hall, Government House and Flinders St. Railway Station. He is widely acknowledged as being one of Melbourne's most accomplished leadlighters.
Associate Rebecca Boehme joined Almond Glassworks in 2022. Rebecca completed her studies in stained glass at Prahran Polytechnic and immediately pursued her career in Melbourne. She has since become a very competent glass painter and leadlighter. Rebecca has already created/produced more than eighteen painted windows since joining the Almond Glassworks Team.
Walter Hutton joined the Almond Glassworks team in 2022 and has been involved in most aspects of the business during this time. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce in 2025.
